Yes. Our quotes are all-in for the service itself, with driver gratuity already included. Tolls, airport parking and any extended wait beyond the complimentary allowance are billed at cost and shown as separate lines — never marked up and never hidden.

Nothing you need to do. We track your inbound flight from wheels-up at the origin and re-time the pickup automatically, so a delay simply moves the assignment. Domestic arrivals include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time and international arrivals 60, both measured from actual touchdown rather than from the time you originally booked.

Yes. Metro Atlanta is our core service area, but we run long-distance work throughout Georgia and to neighbouring states — Savannah, Augusta, Chattanooga, Birmingham and Greenville are all regular runs. Long-distance trips are quoted as a flat rate rather than by the hour.

Yes, and for regular clients we encourage it. Once you have a chauffeur you like, tell dispatch and we will assign them whenever they are available. For multi-day corporate visits and roadshows the same chauffeur stays with the party for the whole programme by default.

Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled without charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Sprinters, stretch vehicles and any multi-vehicle booking require 24 hours. Weddings, proms and peak-date bookings carry their own terms, which are stated in writing at the time of booking rather than buried in a policy page.
